I wish I could rate lower than 1 star!!! I paid for oil on a Tuesday 10/11 and was told that the delivery would be Friday 10/14. Friday came and the driver said that the gate was locked, which it wasn't had he tried to even open it. The driver called, but I was at a meeting hence the gate being unlocked. I called the driver back to no avail. I called the company and Christina informed me that once the driver leaves cannot come back; and that the delivery would be Monday 10/17. I requested my money back (which she could not do that day, not sure why. I asked to speak to "Jack", the apparent owner, it is now Monday 11/17 end of the work day and nothing from "Jack." A full refund of my money was issued today 10/17. I will NOT recommend this company to my family or friends. Very irresponsible owner who doesn't care about his customers. I will be filing a report to the BBB.
