Switched from this office and will never go back. They called me a month early to schedule my regular checkup, and then put me on hold twice to check the schedule, only to inform me that they couldn't see me for two months after my annual appointment month. Don't even think about getting an early appointment if you're a working person. That's when they do the cattle call for all the octogenarians who have all day to see the doctor. The doctors never return calls themselves regardless of whether the issue is trivial or urgent. You have to relay your message several times through a nurse and hope it gets translated correctly. Terribly run practice. I suspect they're always accepting new patients because their existing ones keep ending up underground.
