My Plumbing Works Technician was a total and complete rip off! I was charged $75 for him to arrive at my home; and then an additional $240 "diagnostic fee" which was not even close to being accurate. He "diagnosed" my blower motor as being burned out and non-functional, and that a high-temperature relay switched was no longer functional. Well...wrong again champ. After receiving a total quote of over $1,400.00, I thought it would be best to get a second opinion.
I'm glad I did because the blower motor he quoted me at OVER $740 was only $370...AND WAS NOT NEEDED; my blower motor was operating just fine!! The high-temp relay switch he said was faulty had NOTHING wrong with it at all; functions perfectly.
He completely missed liquid that caught from a clogged drain to the blower motor which was halting my system from working.
This company is a total joke and rips off people with prices that are quadruple the costs they should be, and service charges, and a technician that clearly doesn't know a damn thing. He spent nearly the entire "service call" on his phone speaking with other technicians; more qualified technicians I can only hope.
I will NOT EVER be using this organization for anything.
