Woke up to a cold shower, the water heater pan filled, pilot light out, and water draining out into the garage. Platinum was able to get a team over quickly. I had a low cost provider replace the heater two years ago; guess I got what I paid for. The team from Platinum took the time to diagnose and find the root causes of the issue (it was not the water heater). They made several different repairs, cleaned the site, gave some advice, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Great service and quality!
