First the good news. I had a rueben which was cooked properly. My wife had a JD burger which was cook properly. The burger would have been better if there had more sauce and she thinks it would have been better on a softer bun and toasted.
The not so good stuff was the wine glasses were so spot covered that it was a distraction. This brings to mind the possibility of the cleanliness of other utensil's. My wife spent time cleaning hers(what she could) before imbibing.
She mentioned it to the server who was nice and the General Manager came over and said he will continue to work on additional training. Kyle was his name. He came off polite and professional.
The challenge was that for the end of lunch hour on a Saturday there was quite a lag between ordering a beverage and its arrival.
We'll go back after awhile to give them some time for additional training.
