The initial contact and the services were good. Telephone interactions were polite and professional. I wanted the ashes delivered in person and paid extra for that service. The employee delivering the ashes to my 85 year old mother and me was dressed very casually in cargo pants and polo type short sleeve shirt with arms covered in tattoos. I expected a professionally dressed delivery person to bring the ashes as this is an emotional and solemn occasion. I called Corey to express my disappointment and give direct feedback. The conversation was not satisfactory as he justified the dress of his employee by saying he was "not a funeral home". I thought then and still think that someone delivering ashes should look professional, and not like they are delivering a pizza.
