Worst. I had to take an ambulance over to the hospital. I lost feeling in my face and both my arms. My face was swollen and i was having trouble breathing. When I got there. They didn’t do a breathing treatment. I was there for 3 hours they did nothing for my chest pain, swelling of my face, or losing feeling in both my arms. When i get there i told the doctor what was going on she said there was no wheezing so i wasn’t able to get a breathing treatment. And she kept telling me to just breathe normally. When i couldn’t. It felt like something was crushing my chest. They told me my face wasn’t swollen but i checked and it clearly was. I later pressed the button to call for the nurse and told her i was having trouble breathing and she said “Well honey just breathe then” They did not take me seriously because I am 18. They literally laughed when i told them what was going on with me. When i got there the doctor ask if i was hyperventilating at all I could barely hear what she was saying because I felt like i was going to pass out so instead she laughed and then demonstrated what hyperventilating was like i was 5. And then when they discharged me the doctor said i lost feeling in my arms and face because i was hyperventilating when i never once hyperventilated. and i told her that when I got there and then proceeded to make me walk home. The WORST experience I have ever had.
