Pastore Town Homes & Apartment

Not bad - got most of my deposit back - office staff is a bit rude but apartment was fine for a year. Maintenance responded quickly to concerns.

My fiance and I have lived in Winchester Apartments for 3 years. They are slightly older but still in good condition. The only downside to renting from Pastore is their reluctance to replace anything that can be patched. We had a noisy bathroom fan that they fixed with lubricant and a routinely out of order washing machine. They also threaten to tow your car if you are not parked correctly for snow plowing in the winter. The rent is reasonable compared to other apartments in Erie and the location is safe and convenient. We are located down the road from the Millcreek Mall. We are off of Peach Street which is where most big businesses are located and only 10 minutes from downtown. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. They notify you if they will be coming into your apartment for any reason. Overall, I am very happy with my choice in apartments.
