Panera Bread

I like Panera because the food is great and the Rapid Pickup option is incredibly convenient. This location does not quite meet my expectations though. Every time I order pickup, some part of my order is missing or wrong (usually my drink cup) so I have to spend several minutes waiting to get someone's attention to ask for it. Kind of defeats the purpose of "rapid." The food is pretty good but if I'm going to be paying Panera prices, I'd like more consistency in the service!
