Panera Bread

I can say with 100% confidence that this is one of the worst establishments I have ever had the unpleasant experience of visiting. This location is a disgrace to the Panera name. Slow service, attitudes when ordering at the registers. When ordering a bagel with cream cheese, you are given a bagel, a plastic knife, and charged an additional fee for each cream cheese packet. Mind you, this cream cheese is not applied to your bagel. Oh, and the real kicker: Their toaster has been broken for months..... How can you operate a bagel based chain without an operating toaster?? This venue is a poor excuse for a business. Avoid at all costs.

Paneras can be inconsistent. When their good they are very good. But they have a tendency to get orders wrong.
