- The older staff members are rude and act like you are inconveniencing them by giving them your business. Including Cori who I do believe is the manager.
-They are slow. I no longer go into the store to order, the ONLY go to this location because rapid pick up exists. You cannot go there on your lunch hour, you wont have time to eat, and end up eating at your desk while working.
- Anytime my order has been wrong - because of their mistake - the awesome manager (again Cori) somehow flipped it around onto me as if I shouldn't have ordered it that way or at that time....
This isn't a rating on Panera in general, it's delicious. But the staff at the Wexford PA store, needs replaced.
