Echoing Dan. I relied on this service to have a car ready after a reservation was made but the car wasn't there after being told that it was on the phone. I wasted money on uber going to the location just to find out I couldn't get a car and by this time , all the other companies were closed. It was a huge inconvenience and very annoying to not be told that there were no cars available in advance instead of following through with that.
