The Naked Peach Waxing Boutique

I have been to this place a total of three times. My first experience was very positive-quick and efficient service. The second visit I decided to join their package program upon my arrival. However, after arriving to my appointment 15 minutes early I was seen an hour after my appointment time because my aesthetician forgot about me. At least that is what I was told when I inquired why the wait was so long. Then once in the back I detail all of the services I wanted completed, but one of my services weren’t completed, which I hadn’t realized until later and I had to come back later that day. My recent experience was yesterday and admittedly I did arrive 8 minutes past my appointment time(they have a five minute grace period). I was able to get some of my services completed but I had to reschedule others for another day. I would be completely fine with the strict policy if at my last visit I was forgotten about, all my services were completed, and if it didn’t involve a double trip. I rescheduled my other services as I have a package to use, but this will be my final appointment. I like consistency and my experience at this place has been anything but consistent.

I just left the Naked Peach getting a Brazilian wax by Sheila. This was my second time getting my wax by Sheila and I must say she is really good. She and I have great conversation and makes the experience really comfortable.
