Mister Car Wash & Express Lube

Asked to get all the bugs removed from my car. He marked it with a B and I left a nice tip in the box for their trouble, except when I went out to grab my car... still bug splatter... For $32 plus tip it wasn't worth it. The tires look nice though! I'll have to find a self serve car wash around and do it myself.

Fast and professional but overpriced and a bit 'scammy'. I got reeled in by their buy 2 get 1 free oil change deal last time I went. When I came back to redeem one of the oil changes I found out it's not actually a free oil change, it's a basic oil change worth $30.00. The oil they used in my car alone cost $69.99 and that wasn't my choice either. So I went in thinking I wouldn't even need my wallet and ended up with a bill of $133 minus the $30 for the 'free oil change'. In the end I didn't buy 2 oil changes and get one free, I simply paid them up front for part of my next 3 oil changes. So I'll admit they got me. But it won't happen again because I won't be going back. The place was so much better back when it was Cloister.
