This building does hold good student events, has lots of under utilized space, and even though it's over priced, the book store isn't bad. But, one of the more accessible entrances has been taken away by the "all you care to eat" dining facility, they do not allow through traffic at all. Additionally, the expanded Starbucks, while welcomed by most, is a major intrusion of corporate greed on a college campus.
