I had a great experience with this particular location. John was super helpful in selecting a mattress that was perfect for me. He was honest and polite, and never once pressured or pushed me into a sale. He worked with me to find something that best suited my needs, and he took the time to explain the differences in types of mattresses. He answered all of my questions, and made the checkout experience quick and easy to have my bed delivered to me. The delivery was on time, and the delivery associates were friendly, polite, and clean. Thank you John for your help!

My experience with Mattress Firm on Washington Avenue was tremendous. George was, by far, the best salesman that I have ever encountered. He did not, at all, pressure us. His interest in our needs was greatly appreciated. We purchased a mattress and an adjustable base and are very much looking forward to using them.
