I researched and checked out several mattress reviews on-line and the Mattress Firm Store in the Northampton Crossing Shopping Complex had high marks, so I went there first. I can see why the great reviews. Mark and John are friendly, not pushy, well versed on their bed & mattress products, and very patient. I visited several other Mattress Firm stores and different mattress stores, and did a lot of research, but kept coming back to this store. I'm glad I did because in the end they gave me a really good deal on a high end mattress without any sales pressure. During the one visit, they allowed me to lay on a bed for 45 minutes !!! Today's sales experience was informative and stress-free, and met our needs. I highly recommend this store band these associates. I haven't gotten delivery yet, but hopefully that experience is just as stress-free and pleasant as my buying experience.
