Dave and Frank are both very open honest and friendly individuals. They're both also capable of seeing that guitar and bass setup is a very subjective thing, or better to say there's no absolute "right way" to do it in that they listen to their customers and try to give them what they want. Things like slightly less relief in a neck than recommended spec. or slightly lower nut slots than recommended spec. or even the way Dave might want it for himself are seen with an open mind and a willingness to attempt to accomidate. They're busy so things aren't turned over fast in my experience, but I'm willing to wait because the results are always good, and even when I'm obviously happy when playing it at time of pickup I've been reminded to bring it back if anything needs fine tuned after I have more time to evaluate at home. This is the only place I'll take my instruments. Thanks guys! You're the best!
