Macy's

Had to walk to 3 different registers to find someone to ring something up. Only to be told the item i was buying didn't qualify for the "friends and family"sale which is suppose to include brands that are never on sale. The issue was finally resolved but it took way too much of my time. And i buy alot at Macy's. Shouldn't be that hard. Don't advertise a sale that way if it doesn't include all. And hire more people or don't have them go on a break at the same time.
