My wife and I recently ordered 350 sf. of flooring. We found the sales reps, Raheem and Johann, very helpful and friendly. Since it was my first experience with installing flooring we had a lot of questions and they were only too glad to help us. It did take a week or so for the flooring to come in but we were in no hurry. With the huge selection of flooring available it is not reasonable to expect everything to be in stock. The price of the flooring we ordered was at a reduced price and very reasonable. When we were notified that the flooring came in I happened to check the web site and saw that the price on our flooring was reduced another twenty cents per sf. At the time of pick up I asked if an adjustment could be made to our total bill and without hesitation they reduced the total bill. I would recommend them because of the selection and there's always something on sale and they are very helpful not to mention patient in answering our questions.
