Non-existent customer service. If you like standing around wasting your time waiting for someone to help you or paying high prices then Lowe’s is the place to go. Otherwise shop at Home Depot in nearby Wilkins Township because the service there is light years ahead of this store. Sincerely, this place doesn’t care one bit about customers. I’ve had multiple issues with this store in the past and today was the final straw. I’ll drive the extra 3 miles to Home Depot to spend my money instead. Poorly run store with employees who act like they want nothing to do with helping you. If I could give zero stars I would have.
