Limerick Community Park

It's a pretty park, though the central road is used a major thoroughfare by speeders and disrespectful drivers and the police presence is too weak to discourage bulliing at crosswalks, cars completely rolling through STOP signs and gravel hurling burnouts in the parking areas. The park itself s pretty enough, it could be bit cleaner, but some of the people that drive through it just detract from enjoying it. It isn't, everyone, but it enough that it can make one feel unsafe. The idea of allowing a park that seems to have been designed as a pedestrian haven to also be an un-policed to lightly policed high traffic thoroughfare perhaps needs a reexamination.
