The level of service is very good. The Staff went to some lengths to try to obtain the frame I wanted, which was no longer being made, in my size, calling their other branches to check. I have vari-focal lenses which are also transitions and these arrived within 1 week and the store fitted them to my frame in under an hour. Now my vision is 20/20 again
