I am only speaking about our Service Person, is always great to deal with and he always has something to give to Lady my ROTTY because she is usually with us. I know the Kenny Ross dealership was sold and the 2 sales people I had been dealing with for 22 years got railroaded, and I found them and got the story. While I may still use Kenny Ross for Service Work, coming back to buy another vehicle is highly unlikely.
