My son , my fiance , his family and myself all stayed at this hotel when we fled hurricane Irma in Florida. I called and the rep from the very beginning was so sweet and kind and tried her best to get us two rooms at the last minute.
She was able to accommodate us ..... We were not sure how long we were going to stay and they completely understood our situation and helped us in every way possible.
I believe the next day we met the managers and they were absolutely the most professional and caring people i have ever met.
Again, they helped us and made us feel at ease in our most worried moments. (not knowing if we will go back to a home due to hurricane)
A few day later we check out but forgot to go to the office (it was 3am)
A day and a half later i remembered and called to make sure we were checked out. Without a name or anything the woman ( manager i believe) knew exactly who i was and inquired about our home and family. So caring !
I highly recommend this hotel. All of the staff including housekeepers are amazing!
I will definitely will come back to this hotel when i go back to PA to Visit family , hopefully not due to a hurricane this time :).
