I have lived here for going on 5 years. The grounds are neatly kept, the apartment buildings are maintained for cleanliness by an onsite cleaning woman, and the manager does her best to keep the "riff raff" out. Sure, you are going to have some people that play their music a little too loud or think they live in a house and can do whatever they want, but that is because of the people, not the staff.
I love stepping outside and seeing trees and wildlife. I really love it here and would definitely recommend it!
Also, I can say one thing for sure, the manager is not bigoted, mean, nasty, or unreasonable. She is by far the best manager I have dealt with. She tries her best to make sure everything runs smooth and I cannot thank her enough for always listening to my concerns and taking care of them!
