Absolutely love Hunter Creek. I trust the staff more than words on the internet can begin to explain. Always exceptionally professional, courteous, and polite - and most importantly - extremely knowledgeable. I had an exhaust leak and needed a new catalytic converter the part was $650 at AutoZone in Kennett, but Bill from Hunter Creek was able to get the part shipped in from some obscure online company for a third of the price! Hunter Creek is a rare exception to the "If it's too good to be true" rule. They are absolutely astounding and I'd be willing to bet my car that you won't be disappointed with the service you'll receive here. I would ask for Bill, if possible. He's the coolest and most trustworthy mechanic I've ever met by a long shot.
Update: Another time, for a separate incident with my vehicle, we had another part shipped in and it was the wrong one. We printed a Fedex label and returned it, but the Fedex guy lost the label and I was waiting for a refund that I was afraid might never come. Bill got on the phone with the supplier and I had my refund processing just a few days later! Really stepped up to the plate to save me money even when he had nothing to lose - outstanding and exceptional service as always!
