What a fantastic property! Beautifully appointed and staffed by the most attentive people I have ever seen. As we entered the front lobby the desk staff stopped what they were doing and immediately created eye contact with a warm, "Welcome to Hershey". From that point on it only got better. From the shops to the dining room and even the housekeeping, no staff member was too busy to look me in the eye and say hello. This place is legit!
