We had a problem with our cooler not starting automatically how it should it would just try to until it drained the battery at the diesel. They "fixed" the issue it seemed. It worked fine for a bit and now it's doing the same thing again. My husband called them and the serviceman he talked to was VERY rude and disrespectful. He said they don't fix issues involving the cooler. Okay then why did you "fix" it the first time. Why didn't you tell us when you were there the first time that you didn't handle that problem instead of "fixing" it. We could have already contacted someone else the first time.
