Holiday Inn Harrisburg East

When I got to my room it looked like the beds had been slept in, further inspection revealed random hairs on the sheets. Housekeeping came and changed both beds- crisis averted. Next morning I was awoken by the sun shining and realized I hadn't drawn my blackout curtains, BECAUSE THEY WERE MISSING! When I brought this to the attention of the front desk they treated me like I was an idiot because "every room has them". The arrogant maintenance guy came to check and guess what? No curtains or bracelets for them. Said they'd be back . I'm waiting. Breakfast was not great and if it wasn't free I would have skipped it. Do not stay at this hotel.
