The upside -- Great place to purchase a car. Process was very straightforward; no game-playing with fees and pricing, which made for a smooth transaction. Happy with the vehicle. The downside-- The car had not been detailed/prepped when we test drove and since we purchased it the same day, they must have been in a rush to get it to us quickly as we waited. Salesman had told us the car would look "brand new" once cleaned up. Outside was very clean -- Inside, however, looked like it was hardly touched. Aside from a good vacuuming, upholstery still has stains which look to be easy to remove, had any effort at all been made to do so. Also, there were gum wrappers and trash in the center console which is unacceptable. A big disappointment when spending a lot of money on a car. We would have been happy to wait and to have had the car properly prepped, had we been asked to do so.
