My dog had a foot infection that came about rather quickly. I called the vet that we normally have taken our dog to in the past but they didn't have an appointment available for over a week. At that point I figured it was time to change veterinarians because there should be open spaces for non-emergency but still immediate issues that arise. We got an appointment that very morning with Hanover Veterinary Hospital and the staff was absolutely wonderful, extremely kind but more importantly efficient. They covered all the bases, went through everything that I would need to do to take care of my dog's issue, prescribed meds and sent me on our way all within a timely manner & a reasonable fee. Not only did they do all the aforementioned but they followed up 2 mornings later to check on him and a week later as well. Very impressed!!
