Hampton Inn Pittsburgh University/Medical Center

We were not expecting to have to find a hotel room but due to a family medical emergency we ended up staying here for 5 nights. Upon checking in on a Thursday night at 3 am Theo was amazing. He comp'd our room for that night since we got here at 3 and he did not charge us for the parking fee. We had our dog with us and the hotel is extremely accommodating to pets. Every person on staff we interacted with was courteous, friendly, and just overall great to deal with. The room was comfortable, a good price, clean, and little things like having a refrigerator made our stay better. If we ever have to be back near the hospital we will most definitely be staying here.
