Brakes started grinding, had to find someone to look at them, this place was close to work and the previous re owe a were very favorable, so I called. First response was that they couldn't look at me car today, then I explained why I called , the person put me on hold and came back to say if I could drop the car off they woukd squeeze it in.
They did the evaluation, diagnosed the problem (which I already knew), and offered to fix it all at a price slightly lower than I was expecting. Work was done and final cost was the quotes amount. Was very happy with them fitting me in, getting it taken care of and they did not push additional services like some other places seem to.
Will defiantly return here for services.
