Grove Collaborative

The product is okay, however, they are impossible to get in contact with. They have continued to charge my account and ship product despite cancelling my orders. Once they get your card info...good luck

Last year I decided that I wanted to try cleaning products that are little better for the environment and was excited about Grove Collaborative. I ordered one box of products and was so excited to receive it about a week later. Time moves on and another box shows up at my house of the same things! I did not recall signing up for an auto delivery and freaked out a little. I went online (I didn't check my email often as I didn't have a smart phone or internet for a few months) and, they had sent me an email that my auto shipment was being sent out and then one about the delivery. Um if I had been online I could have prevented this, possibly. So, to prevent another shipment I logged in, which was a hassle, and stopped the auto shipment. By the next month our family moved into our first house and I thought all was well. A few weeks later my mom said another box arrived! I even went on their website and saw I had turned off the auto shipment so I don't understand how they still sent me something! I emailed them and they said they'd refund me if I sent the stuff back. I'd have to drive two hours back to my mom's and decided it wasn't even worth it. I'm still using up the supplies to this day and I originally ordered last summer. I feel leery about ordering from them again because of the customer service when I contacted them and, for the messed up auto shipment situation which is borderline scam-like. And out of curiosity I found Target, which is now 20 minutes from me, has a ton of these same products for the same price or less. I can pick them up and save money on shipping prices and the packaging used to ship products that pollute the Earth. I hope things get better with this company.
