These road workers are reckless on i70 eastbound. 8pm work area was starting so only what I could assume is the manager pulls out in front of me on 50mph road slams his breaks let's his buddy pull out and they ride side by side so no one can pass them. When road opens back up to 2 lanes they stay to the right lane, so as we move forward to pass and now seeing that they are on their phones the front truck then speeds up and whips in front of us and slams his breaks again so he could turn. Excellent training in road safety for this crew. And only a website listed on the back of the truck, no license number, phone number, nothing. Is that how things are run in Pennsylvania?
