Goin' Postal

So they claim to work with FedEx for shipping and receiving. Except the manager/owner refused to allow a company to ship live frogs to their store for whatever reason so that I can pick them up after work tomorrow. Well due to the cold weather tomorrow I cannot have them shipped to my house and sit outside where the will die. So now I am screwed and my frogs may die. Well I will be making a formal report to FedEx, The higher ups at Goin Postal, as well as inform everyone I know of the situation. In doing so, I hope consequences happen to this ignorant person and her business. The frogs would not eacape. They are in individual containers very securely, which are in a box that is sealed very securely.

My husband went here to return a pair of work bibs. He didn't have a box just the return shipping label. The man at the desk told him not a problem. He suggested a return pouch. Offered to pack it up for him. All this while waiting on 2 other customers. Very friendly and efficient. My husband doesn't know why people are giving it bad reviews. The man was so efficient that he thought he was going to offer him a cup of tea. Just a little humor.
