Gasparr Motors

I went to this place a year ago with my sister in law. She purchased a Chevy Malibu from them. That same day she purchased the car on her way home the check engine light came on! She called them and let them aware of the check engine light being on. They told her to bring the vehicle in, she did, and they replaced the gas cap. Since that time of purchase her check engine light has been on. She has made numerous attempts to have them resolve the problem with no results. She spent 100s of dollars out of her pocket to try and correct the check engine issue with no results. No results and no cooperation from gasparr motors. I feel bad for her because in my opinion she was promised the problem would be corrected by gasparr motors and the only thing they did to this point is replace a 4 dollar gas cap. I know this is a long review buy I hope that it gets out to slot of people and they become aware to never have to experience this problem like she has with gasparr motors. I just contacted them today and explained the issue she's still having and the co owner Oleg told me to tell her to get a waver sticker and that it's been too long of a time frame for him to try and fix anything (4 dollar gas cap so far). He also commented to me that he didn't want to help her because of a bad review she posted! Well that's why your getting this review from me! I feel she's another customer of yours that you lied, provided false information to and sold a car to that had issues that your not willing to take care of. My final statement is I hope this review that I'm leaving reaches out to enough people to cause you a great disturbance like the ones that you've caused her for the past year!
