Foot Locker

The store manager “Nicky” is extremely rude and passive aggressive. She did not want to exchange my shoes even though I had a receipt! She was talking over me and didn’t even give a reason as to why she didn’t want to accept the exchange. She said “ well it’s my discretion and I just don’t want to” then she went out of her way to call all of the nearby stores to tell them not to accept my exchange! I ended up getting an exchange with another footlocker who said everything was fine an that Nicky was just being difficult. She yelled at my wife and I and said we were wasteing our time calling customer service because she’s the boss and every decision is up to her discretion. She said it doesn’t matter if we are in line with footlockers policy because she doesn’t want to do it. I’ve filed a claim with footlocker about this store manager. This store lost a lot of business from me. She does not need to be in a position of power if she is going to take advantage of people and be rude.

The store manager here named Nicky has a terrible attitude. She does not abide by Foot Locker’s company policies and makes up her own policies. She makes the company look terrible. You know it’s bad when you call customer service with an in-store issue and they tell you that you’re doing everything correctly but unfortunately the outcome is at the sole discretion of the store manager. As stated before, Nicky makes up her own policies and makes the company look terrible. Shame on Foot Locker for hiring someone so incompetent to work in their store as a manager.
