My 75-year-old father was just told to NEVER bring their dog, named Scotty, back for grooming to them again because he barks too much and pees on their table. I called the woman, who I presume is the owner, back to talk to her about this situation and tried explaining that the dog has gone through trauma in the last year which is why he has been barking so much. I explained that the dog belongs to my mother who has been very ill in the last year and actually spent 10 months straight in Johns Hopkins Hospital and just past away a few days ago. The woman was RUDE and literally sad, "I'm sorry your mother passed but I don't see how this is my fault" and ended up hanging up on me after yelling at me. She had zero compassion for our situation and basically wanted to ban the dog FOR BEING A DOG. I will happily find another groomer to take care of my parent's dog as I would never want this woman touching a living thing that we cared about again. If you're wise, you may want to consider the same! If I could give you negative stars - I totally would!
