FedEx Ship Center

I went in 15 minutes after close and the folks in the shipping center couldn't have been nicer, they invited me in and looked for my package I was picking up, it turns out my wife signed for it earlier in the day, and they couldn't have been nicer! Thank you for your unbelievable customer service! FedEx, all of these people should get raises this year!

I called customer service to make sure that the driver could deliver it to the apartment, not the townhouse (we share the same address, only difference is the TH or APT in the address, and the neighbors get extremely angry when they receive our packages). The woman told me that they would deliver to the correct address, before trying to hang up on me. I repeated myself, telling her that they have a similar address, and most of our packages from Fed Ex are delivered there. She became super annoyed and told me that she would get a message to the driver.
