Contacted support today 10/12/17 at 10:55am and had an 11 minute call with "Travis" he was friendly at first and notified me that the part I ordered would not be ready for three weeks even though the website doesn't state any processing time or frabrication time. I also paid for the speed shipping . Travis told me he would give me a call back and never returned my call.
At 1:48 pm I call in and Travis answers. He gives me the same story and basically says there's no solution yet and he'll call me back.
At 3:55 I call back and get a different representative asking me who i was dealing with and i stated Travis , he said that Travis is out for the day now.
No notifications, no emails , no solution all day waiting by the phone. I'm highly disappointed.
