EZ Tags & Insurance

Sold me a policy with good2go. Can't reach a real person with this company. Trying to transfer tags and never got a new insurance card. Went to ez tags to have them print ne obe and nobody us here. It's 10:50 on a Monday morning and tge hours say they open at 10. No message on the door or phone system.

These people are indeed helpful and well-meaning, but I've found them slow and incompetent. I requested a duplicate title through them after (they told me it would take 5-10 business days) and they did not check to see if there was an outstanding lien on the vehicle. After 45 minutes of paperwork they said it would take 3-4 weeks. I waited three weeks to find this out from Penndot. Trying to track it down, I called the dealership and visited another tag shop, both of whom found the lien within 2 minutes, using either the license # or the VIN. It turned out there was no lien, and my credit union was able to verify this. But there was no point applying for the duplicate when it was so easy to find out about the recorded lien. The other tag shop put in the application (took 5 minutes) and said I should get the duplicate title in 3-4 days. I requested a refund from EZ Tags, but they said it was my fault, not theirs.
