Eye Associates-Monroe County

I can't say enough about this facility. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, coupled with very high level of competence and professionalism. Explained details patiently and completely, took time to answer all questions, no sales pressure. If I could rate them with more than 5 stars I would. Actually looking forward to my return visit for a follow up.

Staff was usually corteuous but on one occasion a receptionist asked me to if I’d be okay with some questioning. I thought this was odd since I was at an eye clinic. Anyway, she begins insinuating that I stole from this location because I was in the room with another individual (whom I’ve never met) who happened to be stealing. I would regularly understand the miscommunication but the language and tone that I was spoken to was extremely disrespectful. I personally feel that I was targeted due to the color of my skin since the culprit was also of color. No other patients were interrogated, and I was never given an apology even after returning to specifically asking for one. Poor management & shame on you Dr. Glasner.
