My experience at this location is unforgettable. I walked in totally stressed out about my situation. Upon arrival, I was greeted at the door with a warm welcome and beautiful smile. From start to finish Crystal the property manager was so amazing. Her personality shows that she loves her job and loves being around people. The property is well maintained and security is great. Crystal is the star of this property. Customers know her by name and she makes personal connections with them. I was no different. She assured me that she wanted my best interest and NOT my money. I've checked out a few storage compaines before coming to King of Prussia. This location was a little more costly, but I prefer to have quality and this location offers that with Crystal being the store asset. Overall experience was amazing!
