it is bad comparing to the high price. I measured the hardness of the water and was 400 ppm (Very Hard). there is leaking in all windows which make the heat and air conditioning work so hard (The electric bill is very high). we pay everything(water,trash,sewage,electricity). small apartment comparing to the very high rent.
