Elizabethtown Self Storage

Easily one of the worst run business I've ever dealt with. Half of the items we stored here were damaged either by rodents or by water, because after repeated notifications to the owner that our space was damaged, she failed to have it properly fixed. She never charged our account on time, taking money out either too late or too early. And we moved our things out of this space, and called a month in advance to let the owner know we'd no longer be renting from her. She never called us back, and then charged us rent for a space we were no longer renting. The website does say termination notice must be given in writing 15 days in advance, but there's no mailing address for the company listed, which is why we called. She never called back. Then she charged us again. So, basically, she's stealing from us. We'll be getting the BBB involved.

Great people to work with. Able to help me out with short notice and lots of STUFF! I feel right at home in this town. Thanks E-Town self storage!
