I struggle with two stars, because they are very friendly and the food and drinks are well made and they couldn't be nicer. The poor score is purely because I've never been able to leave there with a simple drink and bagel in less than 15 minutes. In Newark I get it in 5 minutes, from inferior staff, but I don't have the extra time in my morning schedule. Speed up the process and I'll be a daily client.
