Related to a couple other locations in the area, this Dunkin has rude employees that regularly make mistakes on orders. If anything is requested outside the normal, like egg-whites for example, they will most likely get it wrong. The filled donuts barely have any filling and often donuts are over-cooked - a big problem with their sour cream donuts.
