Dowd Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning

On May 1, 2018 I was scheduled for my annual inspection of the central air conditioner unit and a service technician named Scott Fisher performed the service for the first time at my location. Mr. Fisher did an outstanding job overlooking my entire unit and the outside compressor to make sure everything was in perfect working condition and plus he took the time to answer all my questions. He gave me his knowledgeable advice on addressing any concerns I had during my inspection. I will definitely ask for Scott to service my heating unit in October and from then on as long as he is a Dowd employee. Kudos to Mr. Fisher and for Dowd Mechanical for providing 5 star customer service.
